Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, I worked in various corporate admin roles for 7+ years, ranging from office operations to coordinating health & safety. Helping people has always been my passion.

I founded Good Help with the vision of supporting small business owners and entrepreneurs in achieving their goals. Our team of highly skilled and dedicated ‘Good Helpers’ are ready to assist you in streamlining your business, boosting efficiency, and freeing up your valuable time to focus on the bigger picture.

I live in the Niagara region with my talented husband (he’s the creative genius behind our website and branding – thanks, Shane, xo). Our home is filled with the energy of our busy 3-year-old and my awesome and helpful 14-year-old stepson, who serve as a constant reminder that time is fleeting. Running a Virtual Assistant agency not only allows me to find my own work-life harmony but it also truly fills my cup to be able to put my skills to work to help you live your best life too.

When I’m not deep into non-fiction audiobooks or in the midst of yet another never-ending Gilmore Girls marathon, you’ll find me seeking serenity in the world of knitting/fibre arts or jigsaw puzzling (a real feat with a toddler around, if you know, you know). I’m eager to connect and discover more about you too!
